Our now annual five a side photography team competition has this season under gone a few changes, mainly there is now a judging panel as well as a bank of substitutes. Also new is that each team should select a team leader.

Each team entry will consist of 30 images (15 for each round) Team leaders can decide how many images can be presented by each member for selection HOWEVER: Each team entry should be made up using no more than 6 images from any one team member Entry to be passed to the competition coordinator by Tuesday 29th January 2013
Entries on CD, Pen Drive or zipped and emailed MUST be in a folder: Bearing the teams name (A - B or C)
If you want to select the round in which your images will appear: The entry must be submitted in 2 folders; With each folder containing 15 images and bearing team name and the round to be entered.
The slide title, author or team name should not be visible in the picture when it is projected
File names must be the picture title only: eg; Tyneside Sunrise.jpg ie; There should be nothing in the file name to identify the author or the team.
With One Exception: Individual files submitted by email must show: Title and Team A, B or C (Plus round 1 or 2 if applicable) eg; Tyneside Sunrise - Team A - Round 1
Substitutes: Should still take pictures and be available to join a team or be a judge in the event that any team member cannot participate. Subs will join teams or be judges in the order they were selected when the teams were formed. (See team sheet)
Marking Pictures will be marked with points out of five for each of three categories: Giving a maximum of 15 points per image
(1) Composition. (2) Tonal range or colour (3) Originality
All entries should be in jpeg format with a file size no larger than 450 Kilobytes. The image dimensions should be no more than 1024 pixels horizontal x 768 pixels vertical at a resolution of 72dpi. (Federation Rules).
