This Tuesday 23rd March brings Keith Suddaby FRPS,. MPAGB, EFIAP, ABPE with ‘The house of a hundred windows’ to be a magical evening of digital presentations, prints and AVs. Keith, formerly Regional Organiser for the Royal Photographic Society North-West and a leading member of the eminent Southport Photographic Society, is now a member of Morpeth Camera Club having moved to Northumberland. should be a very interesting evening, I know i have been looking forward to this evening for some time now.
With a turnout that was a little disappointing, a good night was had by those who did show up.
The invite to bring props along was some how take as bring a few comic hats and wigs ! so the end result was perhaps a little more humorous then high art, and I;m sure that Richard will have a good old time looking at the images we have taken.
The Colour print results can be found in the usual place, and the Black & White should follow quite soon!
Next week its "Portraits" --- Everyone who turns up on the night has their name written onto a slip of paper & then put into a bag, each one of us takes a slip and who ever's name is on that slip - you take their portrait, simple - you can bring props along if you wish.
So each one of us will take a protrait and also be the model for someone else!
Forgetting to bring a camera is no excuse as ALL the image will be made on the same camera -- the Images will then be sent to Richard over in Madrid, he will then make comments and decide who has made the best portrait on the night. We will see and hear Richards comments on April the 20th -- so get thinking.
Oh and to make the evening run as smooth as possible, Anyone wishing to volunteer a helping hand or two at about 7 O'Clock to get things set up would be most welcome.
The full list of scores is now available on the download page HERE. As most of us know Team C scored the most points over all, whilst team B had the only image that achieved the maximum 15 points - go Team B!!!!!
Easter is on the way, so I thought it would be a good Idea to have a nice image on our page header which depicts Easter. This will be shown over the Easter Holidays - email the Images HERE, and we will have a little comp to select the Image
